I am a personal trainer and have been for 8 years!.!.!.!.

You need to consume some form of protien everyday!. Tho how much is the question all the people i train i have researched this because its a frequently ask question!.

I have come to the conclusion on, (1!.5 x your body weight) = e!.g (1!.5 x 200lbs/kgs =300grams of protien) JUST AN EXAMPLE!!!! (Verys from body weight)

And also a further more 30-40 grams befor and after gym!.!.!.!.

There thats all the protien you will need a day
I strongly suggest protien powder

If you live in America, all of our food is so processed and pre-pumped so full of nutrients and chemicals that you will find no need for protein supplements!.

Relax, eat your veggies, and don't put anything into your body that you wouldn't normally throw in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
