Question: I am 17 i do weight training and i use supplements to help me one called nitro tech and animal pak!?

Answers:
First of all they are different types of supplements and you are at the right age to train hard and take some supplements so it is not wrong in anyway!. Universal animal pak is a very good multivitamin(along with some other stuff) and i take it myself but i would ditch the nitro tech as well as any other muscle tech supplements you might take or consider taking(they are overpriced and there are better cheaper supplements)!. Get yourself some good whey protein(optimum nutrition has some relatively cheap quality products) and some creatine and you'll be set!. Once you get more advanced you can start taking some advanced supplements but wait a while on those!.

Make sure you have a good diet and an intense training program or else the supplements wont work, or wont work to their full potential!. You shouldn't take supplements until your diet is perfect then you will see fantastic results!. A multivitamin may be the one exception to this, but animal pak is an advance multivitamin that is quite expensive so unless your diet and training and perfect i would recommend a less expensive simpler multivitamin that contains basic vitamins minerals and maybe some amino acids!.

Judging by your question i'm also guessing you don't know much about supplements, so do some research and that will help you out a lot!. bodybuilding!.com is a great web site!.

Also, don't be fooled by people who say you don't need supplements(they are almost right but not quite) as well as people who want you to take everything under the sun!. Research supplements and find out what they do and how they work and why you need them!. This will help you determine what to take and what to avoid!.(avoid muscle tech and probably bsn as well)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why not try weight training and , Here's a radical idea , just eat right and put the hours in at the gym and ,,,,, no , sorry i'm bored with this question ,,,,,,, sad F***Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just follow the instuctions!. They are good about labeling things that don't go together!.

Also, you are at an age where you can go all out!. At 16, I'd tell ya to use light weights and many reps!. At 17, you're body is ready for some abuse!.

I disagree with a previous poster who said just log hours in the gym!. That's retarded!!. For one thing, it is impossible to get the minerals your body needs by eating right!. I think the caloric intake is around 10,000 a day!.

Supplements are a must!. Have some protein in less than 30 minutes after your workout!. That alone will make a huge difference!. If you aren't going to give your muscles protein after working out, you are missing 50-60% of the benefit of working out!. That's why I think it's retarded to "just eat right"!.

To get that protein without excessive fat, (like in a steak) you need to take a protein shake or bar!. If you just eat things real food, it'll take you longer to get ripped!. Who needs extra fat!?

I take Halo D for a month, then NO Explode for a month!. Both are awesome!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
