I just wear a plain old T-shirt and some loose pants and socks!. Although some people sleep in a shirt and some underwear, others wear nothing but their underwear, and others wear nothing at all! It's realy all up to you!. Try sleeping in some loose clothes all dressed up!. If that feels uncomfortable try taking off your socks!.!.!. maybe the breeze on your feet helps you sleep!. If that doesn't work try taking off your shirt and then your pants and your underwear and so on!. Odds are you may end up liking something and sticking to it!. Who knows, you may even like sleeping naked!. Whatever it is try always sleeping in something comfortable and loose!. Never sleep in something too tight or uncomfortable!. It's really up to you!. But I have never worn PJ's!. When I was a kid, I'm 50 now, I wore my unders!. By 3-4th grade tho, I was sleeping nude-never changed a thing since that first "free" feeling of sleeping naturally, I'm a Naturist as well so nude is most comfy to me!. Hate all the tangled-up feelings of wearing something when I'm sleeping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
