what are the best exercises for a powerful upperbody!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
Depends on what you call powerfull but I will go on the assumption you want a large muscular body!.
Bench Press- flat, incline, decline
Chest flys- flat, incline, deline
Push ups- lots and lots of them
Tricepts hammers laying on a flat bench on your back!.
Body dips with your own body weight then add weight on your legs if need be!.
Lots of bicept curls and don't forget the 21's
Work the hell out of your back- There are quit a lot of back excercises and I don't know how to properly describe them so you may want to google those!. People tend to ignore the back are but the back muscles are actually the ones you will use as much or more than your chest musles depending on hwo you are wanting to use your strenth!. Also once you get a workout routine then you want to do 3-4 sets per excercise with 8-10 reps with the last rep being very hard!. So basically about as much weight as that one muscle group can handle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
