it is all about what you are trying for if it is for a sport i would say push up but if it is for muscle i would say dips they show of more but don't give you the same fiscal results but hay do both if you canWww@Answer-Health@Com
For triceps (which i imagine you are working on) i think dips are better they isolate the tricep to give it a really good workout better than a push up where you are also relying quite heavily on your chest muscles!.
If you find dips quite easy try wrapping some more weights around yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Push ups are best!. Pull ups are also good but they work different muscles!. Dips are bad for your body later in life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
