Yeah I believe in South Korea has a high rate of circumcision because they do it routinely (though not as babies apparently! cruel), something they picked up from the USA!. (The USA's rates have since dropped significantly but Korea's still going!.)

I don't think North Korea does though, it's rare in the rest of Asia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
