Wow!

This is a tough one to answer Dude!. It sounds like yur body is growing through a massive growth spurt, and yur muscles, tendens, joints and ligaments are having to catch up with you!. It should be OK and all come together just fine for you!. Make sure that you take in lots of calcium like milk and lots of green veg!. to support the bone density growth!. Cramps in leg muscles and tendans, often is our body's way of telling us that it needs calcium!. This happens during growth spurts where the bone shell grows, then demands calcium for densifying the bone increase!. Vitamin D supplements with it, helps to pack on that calcium!.

If you have real concerns and are worried, see your family doctor, just to put yur mind at ease!
