Ummm -- species wide sexual selection has been ongoing for some millions of years!. That is one of the reasons (together with the fact that man is not naturally monogamous) that male humans have, by far, the largest penises of the primate species!.
One of the selections made is, in fact, for the most beautiful penis!.!.!. I mean, I doubt its thought of that way, but the guy with the penis that attracts the girl and a cute butt (a cute butt on a male tends to suggest that the male is fertile and capable of making children) is subconsciously considered by many women, even today!.
