Question: Should I take muscle milk!?
Well right now!.!.!.!.im looking to gain 6 or 9pounds of muscle!.!.!.!.!.!.what could i do to achieve this goal!.!.!.!.!.would muscle milk work!? What are good exercise to reach this goal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The main thing is to eat healthy before working out or doing exercises, (about an hour before)!. You should eat things high in carbs such as rice and a smaller amount of protein!. After you workout you MUST eat with in an hour!. Make sure you get a lot of protein (Muscle Milk)!.
