GEt the MAY2008 Muscle and Fitness!. HAs a great section on Teen lifting and sups!. I can reccomend Dymatize brand!. High quality, good taste and mixability, AND very economical!

21Grams per serving-69 to 73 servings per container-$36-$39

They also have a great 12 hour protien drink!. Utilizes 4 different types of protien that breaks down at different rates!. This feeds your muscles continually-that's important for recouping and Nittric Oxide sustainability!. I never loose a pump now and no more $$$$$ sups! You can go online at Vitamin Shoppe-they carry it!. All I take is th shakes and Creatine now!. Good stuff

You need 1gram of protein per body pound of muscle to stay at that amount of muscle!. 1!.5 to 2 gm per muscle pound to build more!. I'm 6'4", 200lbs and 10% body fat and I intake 230gm a day of protien thru shakes-the rest in meats and eggs!. I was 247 and 9% body fat in the Army-410 benches! I came down with Multiple Sclerosis and that really knocked me out of the "Monster" category but I'm still in great shape and altho I lost muscle, I'm getting it back with these designer protiens!.

Learn the when's to take it and what kind to take when, and you'll lean out-and get larger and stronger pretty quick if you are in shape to start!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes they are safe for you to take and they are expensive for what they are!.
If you eat a high protein diet it is much better as these really only supplement an inadequate diet!.
They will do you no harm, but aren't the best for you!.
email if you want more discussion about how to develop your muscles!.
i have trained several men to competition body building standards!.

It's the old rule: you get exactly what you pay for!. Cheaper product means more synthetics, bulkers and fillers etc (which your body cannot use), whereas organic based is of better quality and greater use to your body!.

However!.!.!. costly doesn't always equate to quality!. Read the label!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes but but follow the directions on the label for different ages!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

remember that by increasing protein intake you MUST increase water intake to avoid serious kidney diseaseWww@Answer-Health@Com
