Question: PLZ help i need to get stronger!?
Im a boy im 5'3 101 pnds and preety skiny if i do 100+ pushups and 200+ situps evry day will i see results and get stronger and also how long will it take to see results!. PLZ Answer!.

Yes it willl help!. If you want muscle, get healthily, do cardio work (running) get sh1t loads of protein down you, ie milk, meats, body building shakes!.!.!. Do weights, but only if you have stopped puberty, it could damage you!. Otherwise, thats all i can help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
no form for exersise is instant you know that but if you want to see results faster and better then do what i call negitives and positives!. do a press up down really slow count to ten by five you should be halfway down by ten all the way down
and then up the same way!. oh and if you want to work more mucsles in your arm than just biseps then get up on a desk put your hands on the edge behind you so your sitting on it facing away then put your feet on a chair so with your body youve made a bridge then do pressups like that!. and also for better than situps lie on the ground in push up position then put your hands togethor interlocked fingersand hold your self up with your forearms for forty seconds straight back!

Eat healthy!. Drink a lot of milk and eat a lot of protein!. Lay off the junk food though!. Try bench pressing or even try seeing a trainer!. Drink Propel instead of Gatorade and Vitamin Water!. Remember, don't over do it!. Do what you are capable of!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
