I just had a testicle crushed, and I had to go to the hospital for an ultra sound!. If they hurt and they are swollen pretty bad, you need to go to a doctor, if you wait too long you might have to have one of them removed, if serioius damage was done!. So I would make an appointment with your doctor!.

oh dear you seem to have a Case of crushed nuts and the other one with a dumbell now far be it for me to panic you but I would be tempted to make an appointment to see your doctor while waiting I would try to avoid masturbation or intercourse it could make things even more painful try rubbing[ very gently] a little germolene on the affected area and when your testicles and scrotum are better try elastic bands they are softer on your bitsWww@Answer-Health@Com
