Why is my husbands pee always dark?!
Question: Why is my husbands pee always dark!?
My husband always has dark pee but he drinks a lot of water! He drinks gatorade water and soda through out the day!. I thought dark pee meant you should drink more, but he drinks like almsot a gallon of water a day sometimes!. What else could dark pee mean!? IT has been dark since I have known him, for about 4 years!. It looks like apple juice or beer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds normal to me if he's always had darker urine!. Also sounds like he has a big bladder, so he probably builds up a lot when he goes, so it will be darker!.
This idea that urine should be clear is stupid and has no medical basis!. If you drink so much water your urine is clear all the time, you are drinking too much and overtaxing your kidneys!. Yellow is normal!. And if his is darker, but always has been, and he has no health problems, then accept that is normal for him!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Does he have a healthy diet and take multi-vitamins!? Water soluble vitamins that are in excess in the body are flushed out through urine, which can cause it to be darker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
usually when urine is dark it means you are dehydrated get him to drink lots of water and then it wont be dark anymore!. Its not a problem at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
