It's not really like having "two" layers of skin over your penis because it's very sensitive underneath the foreskin (on the inside) and on the glans itself which rub against each other!. But the outside of the foreskin isn't that sensitive (just like normal skin) so it pretty much feels like skin on the outside rubbing over a sensitive organ when it moves back and forth over the head!.
The best way for me to describe it would be sort of like sticking your tounge in and out of your mouth repeatedly with your lips closed!. Imagine that only that your tounge is the penis head and your lips are the foreskin and that the inside of your lips have sensitive nerve endings on it!. Your inner lip and tounge rub against each other (which obviously feels really good) but your tounge doesn't feel like it has another layer of skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If we are just judging based on looks then I'd have to say that no penis is particularly "attractive"!. Its a penis and just like vagina's they are not meant to be visually asthetic but functional!. I have experienced both and much prefer uncircumcised because they feel a little better during sex!. The foreskin is obviously meant to be there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
