Your muscles are getting used to the work out, so your not getting sore!. You can increas your work out if you want, but you don't have to!. You can still build muscle without getting sore!. When you work your muscles they build up fluid, and if you don't release the fluid then they will get sore!. This is normal!. When you muscles get used to it, fluid won't build up as much and you won't get sore!.

No, its just fine to not be sore anymore, even inf you still are building muscle!.

Being sore occurs when your body exerts itself in new ways!. After two weeks, your body should start getting used to the exercises, even if you are increasing intensity!. Your body will learn to better handle the stress, and you won't feel as sore as you used to!. Its just fine!.

Just because you don't feel sore doesn't mean that you're not improving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nfl,

Well first I hope you are not doing the same work out every day!. Assuming you aren't it is actually normal to not get sore!. I would continue what you are doing for another week or so and then change things up!. Work different body parts together!. Try some Yoga, nothing greater then being big, strong, and flexible!. Take a martial arts class once a week!. These are all good ways to keep your body guessing!.

Hope this helps,

The soreness is lactic acid that builds up in the muscles, make sure you drink plenty of water to flush it out!. As you build muscle, you increase circulation which take the lactic acid away faster, you don't have to be sore to build muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
