The answer during puberty is to eat healthy meals and exercise!. This minimises the impact!. Once puberty is over your hormone levels should balance out and they will likely dissapear!.
If they do not, the easiest method for removal is plastic surgery!. Often this is the best option because it provides immediate results and will go a long way to restoring your confidence!. You need to wait until you are through puberty though, as if you are not, you will simply grow them back again!.

steroids can and too much oestrogen in the body!.
I believe there are several cosmetic procedures that can remove them, a while back on "Embarrassing bodies" on bbc!.!.!. a man had man breasts and they removed it via taking out some of the excess tissue on his chest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most often it's simply overeating!. Another reason would be hormones!. Talk to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
