i have a 7 in foreskin but only a 4 in penis it looks like a half empty roll of bob evans sausage when hard!. Is this normal!?

Well, I normally don't support it, but I'd recommend having a circumcision for that!. I know it's painful but when your foreskin is longer than your penis you really should have some of it removed!. That's what I'd call a medical situation!.
Ask your parents for a circumcision; tell them it's extremely uncomfortable down there and it's interfering with your daily life!. They should understand; especially when your foreskin is almost twice as long as your penis!.
Good luck!. Do everything you can to convince them for a circumcision!

Yes, that's normal!. Don't feel bad!. Only 20% of the world's male population is circumcised!. The foreskin protects the delicate nerves on the head of the penis, and also provides additional nerve endings in the mucous membrane!. This will increase your pleasure when you are with a partner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I hate my parents (don't really hate them) for having me circumcised and not giving me a choice in the matter!. The difference between you and I is that you actually still have a CHOICE, whereas I just have to learn to accept the penis that they decided I should have!.

don't hate them-read this!. You are naturala nd that's a good thing! When you are in love and have sex with her-she'll truly enjoy it!. I was cut and restored my flap 10 years ago!. My lover enjoys it so much more!. Be carefull what you wish for-I know what you so loosely asked for!.

You do not say how old that you are !.!.!.!. BUT you can get a partial circumcision (Take off some of the excess foreskin) or even a full one !.!.!.!.!.!. NOW, if you want !.!.!.!.!.
