Answers:
The goals that you are trying to attain should be done with a combo of weight training and a good balanced diet!.!.!.!.!.!.relatively low in fat content!.

As for your abs!? You already have abs!.!.!.!.you just want them to strengthen and build a bit!. You can work your abs every day!. You do not want to bulk up the abs and that can occur if you train them hard, then give them a 24 - 48 hour break!. This time will allow for the muscles to build up!. Working them every day in moderation will give you beautiful definition WITHOUT the bulk!.

In order to see the definition of your abs, you will need to keep your BFI (body fat index) within a low level!.!.!.!.

To calculate a healthy low BFI refer to:

Why weight training!? Because it causes the muscles to grow and muscle is heavier than the other body's tissues!.!.!.!.!.hence the weight GAIN!.!.!.!.!.!.
Weight training will allow you to sculpt your body and enhance your body's natural musculature!.

A good diet!? It is mandatory to eat well as you are weight training for purposes of overall health and for purposes of muscle growth AND keeping the fat content low (so that you can see the results of your hard training via growth and definition of the muscles!.)

The entire idea is to look your best AND be the healthiest you can be!

Remember common sense and moderation!.!.!.!.!.no extreme crazy diets or over-training (which can actually hinder your process of weight gain and muscle growth)!.

Best of luck to you and I hope this has helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you shouldn't be doing that every day!. I dout your working your muscles to there full potential!. You could try working out every other day, like miss one day out giving your body time to heal!. It wouldn't hurt as well to somehow inc-operate cardio into your push ups and sit ups that would aid the weight loss like running for example!. Also eat correctly, theres no point at all to what your doing if your not eating right, try and structure a balanced diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
