you really have no control over it
once you do start growing you will catch up with your friends in penis and scrotum size and body hair
i was an early bloomer, had hair and penis growth at 13, my best friend didn't start till he was 15

Be patient younger Dude, and don't get down, sad-hose and frustrated!. Lots of Dudes don't even start until 16, and sometimes later! You could end up outdoing yur M8s in package and total body size yet! If they're rubbing you, they don't understand how it feels, and don't really mean to hurt you!. They're funning! Remember, they are yur M8's
