I get really bad testicular pain after an hour or so after i kis my girlfriend
I do not partake in sexual intercourse and have never done so
is it natural to feel pain in this region after kissing

It's called blue balls, and caused by testicle congestion of sperm fluid!.
The testicle congestion causes blood constriction, which show up in the scrotum as a blue color to the skin, because of lower flow and carbon dioxide in the blood collecting in the scrotum!.

No, there is nothing wrong!. That is very common, especially for young, virle men!. Kissing causes sexual arousal and your "sperm factory" is going full bore but there is no need to take any action to prevent it!. It will subside!.
