Okay my guy friend just awkwardly told me he was trimming his "area" and accidently snipped the end of his boy part
he said it wasn't bad
and he doesn't know what to do
he's worried he'll get aids

Ow, I bet that was painful!.
He won't get AIDS unless someone with AIDS gets their blood or semen on or in the cut, which isn't likely to happen!.
Tell him he's going to be okay and he just needs to keep the cut clean, because he can get an infection if he doesn't make sure the wound is always clear!. And don't let him come in contact with anyone else's body fluids!. Then he should be perfectly fine!.

nah he won't get aids but depending on the severity of the wound he might get an infection best bet is get some antiseptic cream it will sting a little but that should clear it up, and next time tell him to to use scissors!Www@Answer-Health@Com

AIDS is caught by exposure to body fluids of an HIV positive individual!. If the wound is trivial, a little care and a simple antiseptic ointment like Savlon is all that is needed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
