Wash your genital area with warm water and a washcloth!. Also be sure to thoroughly dry with a towel afterwards!. If you need to do a quick maintenance swipe while you are out, stop by a fast food joint and do it in a bathroom stall with a warm water towel followed by a dry towel!. Trapped water (if you are uncircumcised) can be a breeding ground for bacteria!. If it smells like nasty cheese, have your doc check it out; you might need meds to clear it up!.

well all i can offer you my friend is wash daily and ask a doctor and when u pee pull your foreskin back i am pretty sure you have it if you have smegma dont know if it can only get on an uncircumcised penis but that's all man good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
