Question: What causes 'red mist' and why do some get it and others not!?

Red Mist is when you just lose control and lash out, physically, verbally or both!. usually happens when agitated and others say the red mist descended on you!.
Cant get rid of it as its part of your personality!.
Control it by recognising the symptoms when you are going to lash out and walk away, breathe deeply and calm down!. See a doc for help with it, be surprised the help out there!.
Lay off the booze, BIG contributor to it and if DEFFO see a doc if you hit out!. Can end up in big trouble like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

More information abotu what you are referring to would probably get you some more answers!. If red mist is something to with your urine stream, then this is not normal and you may have a urinary tract infection!.
