Question: Lose weight for teen male age 13!?
i am about 5'3'' and maybe 125 or something and i really want to lose about 20 lbs before school starts!. i refuse to go swimming because i am so insecure about my body!. i was down to 117 about a month ago, but i gained it all back because of a foot problem and i am really gaining weight fast!. i have a thing called plantar fasciitis, and please help me i will probably be about 135-140 if i don't stop gaining soon the doctor said!. can't do much on foot and bad about diets, not alot of will power please help me now!Www@Answer-Health@Com

your still young and growing so you shouldnt do any weights or heavy gym training, because those machines are not designed for growing bodies!. you should try any aerobic activities you can do with your foot, and swimming (if your foot allows you to) is really good, and no one cares about your body, i promise!. remember: calories in, calories out!. make sure your portions are roughly in check, and that your trying to eat healthy foods that will benefit your body!. you can also do pull ups, sittups, and other abdominal excersizes!. start slow and build up!. don't feel insecure, because there are so many people out there like you, and you could also try going swimming early in the morning, when there are adults and less kids!. you should also try to cut down little by little on extra fatty or sugary foods, and sodas and such!. go to foodpyramid!.gov for a better idea of what the healthy things are :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

ur pretty much in normal weight, but maybe ur talkin not about losing weight but toning or getting rid of fat! i did this myself by drinking lots of water, running almost everyday, cut some fatty food that u dont really like, and rest!. it took me about a month but i did it and i thank God that my body isnt as ugly as it was!Www@Answer-Health@Com

when your laying down you can do crunches and abdomanil excersises!.!.!.

Drink lots of water / green tea (raises metabolism) and stay away from fatty foods!. Exercise when you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
