I appreciate you dash, but I'm sick of footing the bill for these carrier offenders!. Sex offenders are easy, because we all know a girl we love and can only imagine what we would feel if a sex crime happened against her!.
I do agree with your "chopping off the hand" comment also!. Why not!? They stole, they know the punishment, chop it off!. This system of taking people to jail and giving them a nice cell with TV and free food is horrible!. Most prisoners have better diets and health care the general population!.

I don't think that's fair; public urination is a sex offense in California and a friend of mine in college got cited for peeing on a building in SF when leaving a bar at 2:30am because he couldn't hold it until he finished the walk to his house!.!.
does that warrant castration!? Adam Sandler did it in Big Daddy, do you know how many guys relieve themself in public (behind a bush or building) and it has nothing to do with an erotic display or fetish, they just had to go and couldn't find a restroom!.

Also, it is possible for young men, who are barely 18 to get in trouble for statutory rape when their girlfriend is 16!.!. is this fair!? The guy was 17 and she was a grade below and they had been dating, but now that he's clicked over to 18, the parents can have him arrested for statutory in Ca!.
Young people should be able to make honest mistakes without it costing them their entire future!.!.
it's never fair to have a blanket punishement covering all of a perticular offense, that's why our judicial system takes everything on a case by case basis looking at the levity of the crime, the priors, and the temperment of the person!.
Not to say that castration doesn't have a place, but only in the most extreme cases of violent/repeat offenders, sociopaths, and pedophiles!.!. but rather than cut off their balls, why don't we just cut off their head!? I mean the one attached to their neck above the shoulders!.!.
Let's just kill off everyone convicted of any crime from misdemenor to felony, that eliminates the need for prisons and rehabilitation all together!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely!. Chop them off in anyone who is convicted of a severe sex crime and let the victim do it!
