It isn't because the FCC limits their use of language!. It is because their product has not undergone any clinical trials, verifiable by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)!. This is why real doctor's are able to stand in front of the camera and endorse a product that enhances "that special part of the male body"!.!.!. because it could be anything!.!.!. hair, nose, ears!.!.!. ANYTHING!. It is this ambiguity which allows this business to operate without FDA approval, while flourishing!. Man's own desires makes the connection for them!.!.!.
