Re: muscle mass, weight, age- Just appreciating opinions?!

Question: Re: muscle mass, weight, age- Just appreciating opinions!?
Ok, im a twenty year old guy weighing about 67-70kg and standing at roughly six feet tall!. I have been going to the gym for about 2 and a half years constant!. I do primarily weight training and have more recently done this more efficiently because in the past i did not know alot about the effects of cardio- the best weights to be lifting as an ectomorph etc!. OK, so right now i have gained 7kg since when i wasn't at the gym, and have noticably gained muscle bulk!. Question is, when i look around the net at weight lifting related topics, 20 years old and 67-70kg seems to be very lightweight!. I never do supplements, from the start i decided i would not do it that way, but recently i've been wondering whether i should or not- my friends say i shouldnt pack on much more mass, because the way im looking now is fairly big and about right!. Would u keep working it harder and get to a more common muscle related weight!? Do u know anyone who appears heavier then they actually are!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi Jus

You are doing it the right way and you need to keep building those muscles!. Avoid supplements as a health high protein diet will give you all the nutrition that you need!.
Your friend is right, keep on at the gym and don't keep worrying about comparing yourself with others!.
I have trained several men to competition standards!.

As for taking supplements I am all for them!. I was sitting at 170 lbs 6 foot eating like a mad man and I wanted to get to 200lbs!. When it was legal I was taking 1AD and packed on 30 lbs of pure muscle, then they made it illegal to purchase cause it was too much like a steroid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok dude!.!.!.im 14 and im 68kg!.!.!.well i wrestle so that may be it!.!.but ok trying taking "whey max" it gives u more energy to workout but it doesnt make u gain fatty weight!.!.so you have more energy to workout and get bulkier rather than chubby 'er!.!.if you have any questions just ask me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
