Answers:
First of all, eat 5 or 6 very small meals a day, rather than 3 normal!. This keeps you're metabolism up and your body fat percentage low!.

Eat carbohydrates in the morning and before you work out so you have energy throughout your day!. Bagels, breads, etc!.

Towards the end of the day, eat and drink stuff high in proetin!. This will help rebeuild your muscle and avoids carbs that will turn into fat!. Milk, meats, nuts, etc!.

Also eat fruits and veggies so you get enough vitamins!. These can usually be eaten throughout the day!.

To sum this all up: Eat 5 small meals a day!. Check labels and eat carbs early, protein late, and fruits/veggies throughout!.

!.!.!.And make sure to exercise or this diet will be useless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, Fruits and veggies for starters!. Protein is very important in a football players diet!. Try to drink 2-3 glasses of 2% milk a day, cheese, and most other dairy products!. Dairy products also have calcium, a nutrient that helps your bones grow stronger!. Meats! Try to eat chicken, beef, even fish for dinner!.

Have a great football season

Firstly, i say THANK YOU to you!!!! finally a seriously "men's health" question!. Not "I'm 14 and my penis is 8 inches!. Is that small!?" Or "how do I masturbate in class without getting caught!?" What the heck!!?!!?!!?!!?!

Anyway, thanks!.

Now for your question: Lots of fruit and veggies, lean meats, nothing high in sugar or fats, things that give you good nutrients, like protein, and complex carbs, vitamins!.!.!. not cookies and donuts, things that will fill you up but not give you nutrition!.

Thanks again :) hope i helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
