Question: What are some good exercises for loosing fat and weight, but also gain muscle in the process!?
Answers:
There isnt any excerises you can do that will effectivly lose fat, gain muscle mass!.

Cardio and dieting loses fat!.

Weight training increases lean muscle mass!.

crunches and leg lifts are great for stomach work!. also give great sex lines!.

pull ups, push ups, and dead lifts are good for arms!.

other then that, everything else requires weights, a home gym set, or a gym membership!.

i highly recommend kickboxing classes to lose weight!. i took a trial class (im in great shape already too by the way!. i have a 6 pack and can run 2 miles straight) and i was beat to hell after a one hour session!. and you gain and tone muscle as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Simple is always better!. Running, push ups, pull ups, crunchies, and some weight lifting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
