Question: Measurement!?
When men talk about the size of their penis, do they measure it when it is fully erect or in the default position!. I only ask because I don't see how anyone could have a 6" while limp!Www@Answer-Health@Com

To me, flaccid measurements aren't accurate because, at least for me, there's a difference between "laying around doing nothing" flaccid and "watching a Hillary Clinton speech in -20 oC weather" flaccid!.
As for erect measurements, those are pretty much always going to be the same!. A good idea is to take measurements a few times, then find the average of those, and there's your average size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, here's the deal!. When a guy's talking about his size, it's based on the measurement taken when he's erect!. But to address your comment about the improbability of someone having a 6" while limp, it is possible to have a long penis when flacid, but that does not necessarily mean it'll be super huge when erect!. Generally, if it's small-ish when limp, it's average when erect and when it appears to be above average when limp, it's usually only average when erect as well!. The average penis lenght is 5!.1-5!.7 inches when erect, and according to www!.about!.com, " There is much greater variation in size of flaccid (non-erect) penises than of penises when they are erect!. A soft penis that looks large may be roughly the same size when erect as a soft penis that looks smaller!." So relax and enjoy it!
