Question: What is an easy way to have a six pack!?
I'm starting to do pull-ups!. Is that a good idea!? Right now, I'm rather thin!. Could you tell me some exercises(stretching exercises) that help me become muscular!? What are some good tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pull-ups are a very good start!. Crunches and such will help too!. Be sure to eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water and juice!. Just about all of the strength building and stretching exercises will help!. Avoid trying to bulk up using those amino acid drinks and stuff!. You have to burn a tremendous amount of calories everyday to keep from gaining fat from those things!. They can also screw with your natural metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Slowly, do 1-200 crunches and sit up morning and evening!. Go to a gym on a short term contract, or month to month if possible!. Hire a nutritionist to get you started on a high-protein diet and a trainer to show you how to build up your muscles!. Cross train by swimming laps in a pool!. Walk briskly 2-5 miles per day!. abs are mostly cardio and eating healthy!. you need to have a bf of 10% or less for visible abs, cardio lowers bf!. ab exercizes just build the ab muscle, they will not help make them visible tho!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
