How do I get a good triceps work out?!


Question: How do I get a good triceps work out!?
Answers:
Take a free weight and hold it in one hand!. Raise that hand over your headstraight!. Bend your arm at the elbow so that the weight goes back to the level of your neck!. Repeat with both arms!. Also you can take anything like a bench a chair or anything that is lifted off of the ground!. Stretch your legs out and put your hands on the chair/bench with your back facing the chair/bench!. Then lower your self down bending at the elbows and lift your self back up!. Repeat!. Theese are called dips!. If you want to increase difficulity put a weight on your lap when doing the dips or go down farther!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

pully pushdown
barbell extention
elbows - in dips
one arm dumble
both arms dumble
