Question: I get sore alot for a long time after a workout!?
Yeah i know they r suposed to b sore
but im sore for 4-5 days
thats not right
probley the latic acid crap
and yeah stretching and patosium helps a little
and im taking a protien shake b4 and after workout
HOW DO I RECOVER FASTER FROM A GREAT WORKOUT!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stretching before and after a workout are very important!.

I have been sore for 7 to 10 days after a workout, and the pain was so bad I couldn't walk, use my arms properly or sit up/lie down comfortably!. I used ice packs to help with the pain!. Back when I was in college and high school, during the training camp prior to football season, I would see the football players with these big ice packs wrapped around their shoulders and biceps a lot!. Until I began to workout a lot, I didn't see why they do that!. Now I know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well it depends on how much out of shape you are!. if you are really out of shape and do a 4 hour workout than you can be sore for up to a week maybe even longer!.

if you work out normally and you do a longer workout than you usually do that can also cause longer sorenessWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just make sure you stretch after you work out and for the next couple of days!. Continue to work out your muscles even if you are sore!. It will work out the soreness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stretch b4 a work out
start a worm up then gradually increase
if theyre still sore after 2days go back and work out that way u still increase muscle mass and it might stretch the sore musselsWww@Answer-Health@Com
