Without seeking help there isn't much he can do!. I have for a couple of years been taking L-Arginine for heart health!. It has helped my erections a great deal!. I wasn't totally having problems but didn't have what I do now!. This could help him if he's not too far along!. You can get it at any health food store or GNC!. 2000mg/day should do the trick!. Still I'd see my doctor as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could also be low testosterone levels!. Someone I used to be friends with had that problem and that's what it turned out to be!. They put him on testosterone and he was supposedly better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
