If this is really true (and not some stupid joke) you should get a doctor to take a look at it because you can get various types of tumors, (some relatively harmless, some maligant) in the scrotum and it would be a good idea to get it identified and any necessary treatment done ASAP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
