Question: Any advice on increasing chest size!? (pectorals)!?
im 20 and ive been lifting for about a year and a half!. ill be honest i havent tried a great variety of workouts but i have lifted weights consistent for the last year and a half!. it seems like my chest is the same size if not worse off than it was when i started lifting!. i have lossed alot of weight in the last year, like 30 pounds, mostly in my midsection, but my chest has more fat on it before!. i dont have manboobs really but theres no much muscle in them!. i have been doing benchpresses alot for the last 6 months and i still see no growth!. does anyone have any advice as far as dieting or workouts or anything that can help me!? im starting to lose hope!. it took me like 8 months to develop real good traps my chest shouldnt be taking this longWww@Answer-Health@Com

bench press more pounds then do pushups and increase daily by 10 it should get biggerWww@Answer-Health@Com
do higher reps with less weight!. also, spread your grip wider on the bench press to really isolate those pecs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
