Can i make my apetite bigger?!

Hi i was wondering!.!.!.A couple months ago i would kinda over eat a few times and i noticed after overeating in some meals my apatite grew to like huge!.!.!.I couldnt eat anything to fill me up!. (Im a teenager)-im not fat at all----so i was wondering from that overeating could i get my apetite bigger because after i stopped eating so much cuz i was gaining wait my apetite got smaller!.!.!.!.Now im working out 3-5 times a week so i was wondering if i over eat in meals could i get my apetite back up to that because i need to gain lots of muscle and get my matabolism very fast for football!.
