Talk to your dad about it- he won't get mad- he was 13 once too, and eventhough it may be embarrising, it's better to talk to him and for you both to go to the doc, than for you to ignore the situation and for it to possibly get worse!.

Stop panicking it can be that when you masturbated that you burst a small blood vessel!. So no more masturbating for a couple of days and you should be fine again!.
