Question: Trying to lose weight quicker, and ideas!?
I already exercise alot, but maybe increasing it would help!? I just got this stomach that seems to be taking forever to get rid of!. Any suggestions would be appreciated!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are some tips!.

-When you eat ( no matter how many calories it is!. ) Your body uses calories!.

-When you exercises your body's heart rate must increase, Thus burning calories!. When you sweat a lot, You will burn calories to return back to normal body temperature!.

-When you increase your heart rate you body also increases metabolism ( due to increase on calorie need )!. Do not increase on how much you eat but eat 4 - 5 small meals each day to feel full!.

-Drink water!. It stimulates hunger for your next snack, Only for a short time period!.

-Remove all soda and juices with calories and replace with water!. These are known as empty calories!. It does not benefit you at all to drink a flavored liquid, Does it!?

-One Pound of fat is about 3,500 unused calories!.

-The more you work and the more you sweat the more calories you burn, even for hours after your done!.
