Question: I want a better chest!?
i am 14, who has had moobs for over 10 years :(, what kind of exercise should i do to get rid of them!? (oh i go to a gym too)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Moobs are nothing to do with muscle!. They are basically excess fat in the chest!. You need to lose weight in general as well as tone your body!. Good ones for this are stairmasters, running and rowing!.

At the gym work on pushup, dip machines and the one where you sit and pull weights from the sides out in front of you!. Or lie on your back and use dumbells up into the air!.!.

Once the weight has fallen off your muscle tone will show through a lot more!. Untill then you can work out the muscles as much as you like but they will never so through!. Try cutting out the sweets and chocolates in you diet and no fizzy drinks etc!. Just a litle may be enough!. It may take an long time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have moobs you may be overweight!? The best thing you can do is diet properly and do cardio!. People wrongly say I have a big gut so I will do mostly sit ups or I have moobs and will lift chest more!. You do need to do that but you need to lose weight as well!. Your body loses weight symmetrically, all the same at one time!. For chest, do bench press, incline, decline and fly exercises!. focus on your pectorals!. most gyms have charts with muscles and what excersises help them!. There your upper chest muscles where your "moobs" are!.

You need to do a lot of cardio first of all!. Lifting weights does not burn fat as fast as cardio will!.

Once you have done cardio, try the bench press!. Push ups are also very effective!.
