So I am asking:

1!. In average, what do most 16 years old bench(in reps)!?
2!. For how much I weight, is there certain weight I should be benching!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
There is no average by age when it comes to lifting weights!. All are different!.

The proper way is to do what you are doing some what!. Take a weight you know you can lift and do three sets of 12 reps (repititions)!. Make sure you get about three minutes rest between each rep!. Skip a day then increase the weight by about 10lbs and do the same!. Keep this routine going until you get to the point you can not complete the third set of reps!.

When you get to the point you can not lift the weight then drop down to three sets of 8 reps!. This weight will be your starting point!. Once at your starting weight increase the weight by 5 to 10 lbs as you can!. This will increase strength and size!. If you want more cardio then drop the weight and do more reps!.

Again, their is no average for 16 year olds as there will never be an average for age alone!. You can get an assessment of how you fare to your peers by seeing muscle growth!. There again that is not totaly a good measure!.

Myself, I am very toned with no "big" muscles but I am clearly cut and defined!. I can lift much more weight then some of those big muscled up guys!. Its evolution!. If you are highly evolved in body type, you will not have large muscles that require energy and food to maintain - what you will have is toned reasonably defined muscles that can outwork the larger muscled people!. Again, its called evolution!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well u dont weigh much so 30kilo is ok!. iv only just started gyming and i bench 40kg (sets of 10) i could prob do a single 60kg!.

Im 19 and i weigh 12stone

keep going at this weight and you will soon be able to increase it shortly! dont ruch it though!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the max u wanna bench is ur weight urself the least 1/3 of ur weight avg is like half ur weight unless ur short and stubby but if ur like fit u know like 5 7 147lbs then aim for 1/3-1/2 of ur weight so yea ur fineWww@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't matter really, biomechanics favours the short armed person!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Edit - My fault, I just kind of assumed you were from the US!. Kind of narrow sighted of me!. Anyways:

Do you mean 30kg plus the bar, which is 45 pounds!? In that case, you are benching 111 Lbs, which is better, but still a pretty meek bench press!. When I said that most girls can bench that, I wasn't trying to be mean, I genuinly do know a good number of girls your age who can bench at least 50 kg!.

If it helps you compare and contrast, when I was 16, I could put up 180 Lbs for 10 reps, and maxed out at 215 Lbs!. I stood 5"8 and weighed 152 pounds!. That said, I had been working out for two years before that, and probably put on 20 pounds of lean muscle in that time!. When I was 14, I'm going to guess I was benching something like 140 pounds!. Present day, I stand 5"8, weigh 195 pounds, and bench 270 pounds!.

Just because you are a small framed guy doesn't mean you can't bench like a monster!. Train HARD, and pretty soon you'll get up there!.

Start working out, like a MAN does!. This means hit the weights heavy, and when you can't get the weight up by yourself anymore, have your spotter help you squeeze out ten more reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
