it could just be urethral burn!. High acid level in the urine!. It causes a transferred pain up into the sperm duct (which go alot higher than you'd think!. Drink more water and cut acidic foods (orange juice is a big one)Www@Answer-Health@Com
You probably have a pinched nerve!. That has happened to me a few times!. If you have a sharp pain in your leg and your pelvis that might be what it is!.
