It was definitely a poor decision!. To call it 'dumb' is harsh and judgemental!.
Maybe he didn't want to wait months on the public hospital waiting list!. Maybe he couldn't afford to get it done properly!. Or maybe he didn't want anyone to know he was being circumcised, and didn't realise how complex a circumcision really is!. Who knows!?
He sure has learned a hard lesson, though!. I hope he gets over this with no long-term effects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
