No, not all!.
Some people for some reason don't get the urge, and some people are very much convinced that doing so will cause them grief in an afterlife or etc, and so they are too scared even if they do get the urge!.
And still with others, they might not have the interest until they're older!. It depends on hormone levels and whatnot!.
Having said that, while no conclusive study has been done, it's safe to say that *most* males around that age do "jack off"!.
And everyone gets "turned on" by something different!. And that trigger can change and even disappear or reappear years later!. It's a very strange yet pretty normal thing!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
