Just wondering what other guys think as my brother and his girlfriend are having a fight about it regarding their son who will be born in 3 weeks!.
But if you're circumsized, are you glad you are or do you wish you were not done!?
Please only circumsized guys answer this!. Not interested in pro v anti crap!.

I grew up uncut in the US and your brother is right, it sucks!. It is weird having an 'ant eater' in the locker room (to the point that I just avoided PE)!. No matter what, at the end of the day an uncut penis smells and collects smegma (dick cheese)!. It's simply a fact!. When I first noticed I was different in the locker room, it just made sense to be circumcised!. Although the kids never teased me directly, they always ridiculed being uncircumcised!. I really wouldn't have cared except that they were right!. If you ask me, a foreskin is gross, looks ridiculous, and frankly it's unhealthy!.
I eventually got circumcised only wishing it was just done when I was a kid!. It's not that big a deal except that it's cleaner, healthier, feels better, and frankly looks better!. I guess some people like having a foreskin but having it gone, I really don't get it!.

It probably is better to have him circumcised if his father is circumcised!.
Tough decision when one partner is for it and one is against it!.
If this was the case for me then I would not do it and let him choose later on in life!.
I chose to be circumcised as an adult and wish that it had been done as a child!. I hated my foreskin from the moment it gave me trouble at the age of about 4 years!. At this point my parents were considering circumcision but then decided against it!. At least I had the choice!. I have a hard time understanding why so many people get so worked up over this!.
I got a "routine" circumcision at birth , and later a "routine" tonsillectomy!. Nowadays we know better than to perform surgery which is not medically necessary!.
In any case, guys, I grew up in a part of the country where it was much more common to be uncircumcised, and I never felt "weird" in the locker room after PE with all those foreskins around me!.
Personally, I don't care!. I'd have taken it either way I got it!. There are SO many more things for me to make a big deal about that being trimmed is about number 104 on my list of concerns!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was cut as an adult after repeated infections under my foreskin!. The local doctor was USELESS!. Just gave me creams to rub on it!. ( was he encouraging me to masturbate!?) The improvement in intimate hygiene was a mind blower!. No more unwanted stinks down there!. That gave me a confidence in an intimate situation that I'd never had before!.
The sensitivity is less but not very much!. It's a lot like those creams i used to use to stop myself reaching orgasm too soon!. I can't understand what all the fuss is about!. Sounds like people with head problems that just want to find something to bash at to make themselves feel better!.

No, I hate being circumcised!. I saw a mate masturbating when I was about 12 and realised I was missing out big time!. The foreskin acts like an endless tube of lube with a unique gliding action!. You and I use what skin we have left or we use lube!. An intact guy can stroke right over his glans using just his skin!. The foreskin also acts like lube during sex, especially on entry!.

hi!. im 16 to and circumcized!. i agree with u about bein in the locker room cause in my shcool hardly anyone is uncircumcized and i would think they feel a little weird especialy cause i know they get looks!. i think most of the other guys are curious!. and sometimes when i read on here about being uncut an cleaning and some problems I dont think i'd like that!. but the only thing is it seems like it wuld feel better havin the skin moving up an down when u masturbate!. thats just somethin i wish i culd feel!. i never had sex so not sure how that feels whenter cut or uncut!. so i guess im happy im cut in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm cut!. Typical American chop job!. I've had the opportunity thought to spend time both here in the US and in Europe and quite frankly think that being natural is better!. I'm sure you and your brother/sister in law have done your research into pro/anti mentality!. My only rebuttal to your observation is that while it is still the norm in the US to be cut, that is slowly changing!. More and more families are choosing to keep their boys intact, or let them make a decision when they get older!. From a medical standpoint it really boils down to simple aesthetics as there is no medical reason for routine infant circumcision!. That's been proven time and again!. But thanks to Dr Kellogg (interesting story by the way, look it up if you haven't read up on it) and a few other "anti-masturbator" doctors we became the cut country!. My wife and I had the same problem when her son was born (long story, but he wasn't mine) I wanted him intact, she could care less but then went behind my back and had it done to spite me!. Needless to say she is now my ex (over many other issues, not that one) but it can be a point of serious contention!. Personally I think it should be the fathers choice as he should ultimately have the responsibility of teaching his son how to properly care for it, cut or uncut!.
