I seriously DOUBT that your penis is 9 inches !.!.!. IF it really is ; then you are medical wonder and should be written up in a medical journal somewhere !.!.!.!.
Just so you know ; you CANNOT shrink you penis to "Normal" size UNLESS you smoke Tobacco and / or Weed for an extended period of time !.!.!.!.!.
