Question: 27 yr old male sudden weight gain WTF!! out of nowhere!?
I am 27 yrs old a male that is in great shape!. I go to the gym 4 times a week and run at least 30 minutes those days, dont drink sodas anymore, I eat healthy and good portions, and dont over eat on the weekends!. I lift enough to see results which I understand muscle to be a good fat burner at a metabolic resting rate!. BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN in the last week and a half I have gained weight on my waist!. I was loosing weight so good I was cutting new holes in my belt and now Im having a hard time wearing pants that were baggy last month!. This is freaking me out!.!.!.!.!.!.and I cant afford to see a doctor!! any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

most likely it is nothing just continue to work out and eat healthy and you will be fine ,i really cannot tell you why all of a sudden you are gaining weight unless you have changed normal habbitsWww@Answer-Health@Com
This could be a result of the way you are eating!. When you first when on your diet if you just eliminated all the food you thought was bad for you (things with lots of sugars, fats, trans fats, etc!.!.!.) you would have lost lots of weight!. If you started eating foods like that again, then you would gain the weight back so fast, it is kinda like crash dieting but not really!. This happened to me, I cut so much things out of my diet and I lost a lot of weight, then i started eating fat and high calorie foods again and I gained the weight back in no time!. Go online and look for a good diet plan, there are many great sites that offer free diet plans that tell you what is good to eats and how much you should be eating a day!. With a good balanced diet and exercise you should lose that weight in no time!Www@Answer-Health@Com
