Smegma build up?!
Question: Smegma build up!?
I had phimosis and because of that I now have smegma build up!. At first it wasn't too bad, I was just rinsing it with water and it didn't work!. Then I tried using vitamin E cream and that's when the smegma got worse! It builds up more than ever now and it's getting kind of gross!. I put it on about 30 mins before a shower and rinsed it off so I wasn't doing anything wrong!.
What other methods are there to remove smegma!? It's still too sensitive to rub so I can't use a cloth or anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a glass of warm water and soak for extended periods of time!. Ignore the other answers to get circumcised; these guys have partial penises, and have no idea of how they've been robbed of most of their sexual sensitivity and the diminished orgasms that they experience as a result of being victims of male genital mutilation!.
You are lucky that you're intact, natural and normal with a complete penis!. Just soak to soften the deposits daily, and you will find that soon it won't be a problem!.

You are supposed to wash with soap and water!. Just lather up really good in the shower (foreskin retracted) and then rinse!. If your penis head is still to sensitive to rub, well you are going to have to get over that pretty quick!. Basically, just start doing it and eventually you will get used to it!. The more you keep it retracted and the more you rub it, the less sensitive it will become!. Start off easy at first then do it more as you get more comfortable with it!. You should consider circumcision since it will certainly cure both your phimosis and the build up of smegma!. You may already be aware that smegma can lead to a number of genital infections for both you and any sexual partners you may have!. Whats more a study that was conducted condluded that smegma in fact has a carsonogenic effect on the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to keep on rubbing it with a cloth and with the soap!. The sensitivity will eventually go away!. Trust me, I had that same condition for a while, but as I got older it eventually went away!. I didn't have the smegma build up, but the condition eventually went away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
