Being uncircumcised is not a turn off!. Calling yourself girly is!. So instead of wondering about your penis, start questioning your total behavior towards the world, women and yourself!. Your penis is the last thing a woman would see (unless of course you go to dates naked), while your whole attitude is the first she sees!. And as you know you never have a second chance to make a first impression!. So work with your self esteem, your manners, your vocabulary and anything else you see fit!.
