Not sure if I get this question but it seems like you might not be cut up!.

A foreskin can still cover a full errection, and in most cases with more to spare!. Its like having your own set of lips!. They slide from top to bottom of the glands and even further back than that!. Almost to the base when soft anyway!.

This is all normal of course!. But some forskins are tighter than others so a little stretching might need to be done!. Not to worry!.

Each of us is a little different in size and fit!.

Hope this helps!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

forskin will retract when the penis gets erect assuming it is not to tight to retract on it's own!. However the amount of the head that is exposed is determined more by the amount of foreskin a guy has!. Those with a little will wind up with a totally exposed head, those with a lot of foreskin will wind up still mostly covered and the rest of us with an average foreskin will wind up with some exposed and some covered!. It's all good in my opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Either I'm misreading it, or the context is off!. I'm not sure what your asking!. If the head is bare when an erection is present, then skin will not be covering it!. Are you Circumcised!? If not, the penis has extra skin covering the head, and sometimes during an erection too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

An uncircumcised (uncut) penis!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
